Journey through the Met
 New York City is known as the cultural capitol of the United States and is home to one of the biggest, and most important, stock market exchanges on the planet. It is also host to a number of extravagant music and food venues. Not only that but the city provides many opportunities for fun, educational experiences, such as one of the most famous museums in the United States--the Metropolitan Museum of Art located in South Manhattan, New York City. The Museum has several different choices for teachers seeking great New York City student tours.
Not only are these tours an excellent opportunity for educational entertainment, the dining establishments at this museum range from gourmet restaurants to casual dining. For a person on-the-go, who can't wait to see the next site, you should check out the self-serve cafeteria. This cafeteria serves sushi, sandwiches, as well as various other snacks and delicious desserts. The cafeteria is always open when the museum is. For you high society diners who have time on your hands, the Petrie Court Cafe is an excellent choice for student tours seeking a relaxing dining experience. Also, if you plan on visiting the museum during warm weather, the Roof Garden Cafe is a great spot to dine with an excellent view of the New York City skyline.
