Panama City Spring Break Trips

Panama City was the hottest MTV party for Spring Break 2009 and has consistently been considered the best in spring break destinations. From its sugar-white sand  to its famous clubs, Panama City is a popular beach destination year-round. And during spring break, it really comes alive. 

Panama City is conveniently located on Florida’s panhandle, so it’s within driving distance of many south, east, and Midwest colleges. Plus, because of its consistent popularity as a spring break destination, you’ll find great activities and a variety of accommodations for students no matter what your budget. 

Convenient driving distance aside, Panama City is simply spectacular in everything it has to offer as a fabulous beach destination. It sits on St. Andrew’s Bay, one of the most beautiful spots on the already-beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It’s called the Emerald Coast, the waters along it a beautiful greenish-blue. It’s an effect created by the almost-clear quartz that has eroded from the Appalachian Mountains, which also accounts for the soft and brilliant sugar-white beaches. Panama City Beach claims about twenty-seven miles of this brilliance and offers all the water sports, beach sports, and sun lounging you could hope for in a beach vacation.
